A unique blend of cake flavoring, rum, butter, and pure vanilla extract to taste like the traditional Mardi Gras cake.
Excellent as a cream flavor.
Made with Pure Vanilla Extract.

About Flavor Concentrates

Each quart of concentrate yields 8 gallons of ready-to-use (RTU) syrup.
Each gallon of concentrate yields 32 gallons of RTU syrup.
To make one quart of RTU syrup, add 1oz of concentrate to a quart container and fill with simple syrup.
To make one gallon of RTU syrup, add 4oz of concentrate to a gallon container and fill with simple syrup.
