In addition to purchases made online, orders may also be placed by telephoning SnoWizard® toll-free at 1-800-366-9766. Starter packages, equipment, and other special items require input from a
customer service representative to assist you in making your selection.
Our knowledgeable personnel are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday thru Friday, to answer any questions and provide prompt quotes on the cost of your order including shipping charges. During the busy season we are also available Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon from April 1 to August 15. Click here to see our full office schedule.
Current SnoWizard® customers may also email or FAX their orders to us at 504-832-1646 using our Order/Fax Form.To place an order by FAX, print the form and fill in the information, or complete the form online, print and FAX the completed form. Be certain to fill in your Customer Number, shipping address and telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delay in processing and shipment of your order.
The minimum shipped order is $25.00.
Shipping
Orders for flavorings, supplies and miscellaneous items received prior to 4:00 PM CST are generally shipped the
same day by United Parcel Service or FedEx. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped
the following Monday. Delivery generally can be expected within 1 to 6 working days. Shipping cost is calculated
based on the number of packages, weights and insurance if applicable. We charge only the published UPS rates
without any additional markup. Please see the chart below for estimated delivery times.
All orders for machines and other equipment in excess of 100 pounds are shipped via truck, utilizing selected
carriers which have proven to be most reliable in delivering to specified areas. Delivery can generally be expected
within 2 to 7 days.
If fast delivery is required, all materials can be shipped by next day, 2nd or 3rd day delivery service, or by air
freight. SnoWizard® does not guarantee the delivery times of the freight carriers.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with our quality products. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please call for a return authorization (RA#) number prior to shipping the
product. In order to receive proper credit, a RA# is required. A product must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase, freight prepaid, in its original packaging to include all papers, manuals
and accessories. Upon receipt, returned products will then be inspected to ensure that the product is unused, undamaged and in new condition. Credit will then be issued for the purchase price and tax, if applicable,
less a 15% restocking fee. There is a 25% restocking charge on all equipment. Returned items must be properly packaged so as to prevent any damage during the return shipment. It is highly recommended that
returned products be insured through the carrier, in the event of loss or damage. If a product has been damaged in shipment by the carrier, or due to improper packing, or any other reason, it is the responsibility
of the sender to settle with the carrier. No refunds will be issued for returned items that have been damaged.
Returns are not allowed on any special order equipment, sale items, or any other items that are marked, advertised, or otherwise designated as non-returnable. There are absolutely no returns on any open food products, flavor concentrate or concession trailers.
