Frostline soft-serve is a dry mix that is reconstituted with water and frozen in a soft-serve machine. It provides the same creamy mouth feel and taste as traditional dairy soft serve. Frostline non-dairy soft serve mix comes packaged 6-6 LB bags per case. Frostline is a great alternative for businesses that lack refrigeration space to store regular soft-serve mix, or do not have access to delivery by their local dairy. Each 6 lb. bag mixes with 2 gallons of water and yields 2.5 gallons (15 gallons per case.) Prior to reconstitution, the product will be stable for up to one year when stored in a cool dry place.
